Ingredients
- ½ cup Milo
- 250g marscapone
- ½ cup thickened cream
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 16 sponge finger biscuits
- 1 cup warm water
Directions
1.    Line a loaf tin with baking paper
2.    Mix the Milo with the warm water and stir to combine.
3.    Using a wooden spoon, beat marscapone, cream, sugar and vanilla
extract.
4.    Line biscuits into the base of the pan.
5.    Top with ½ the marscapone mixture then the rest of the Milo.
6.    Repeat the layers.
7.    Top with halved strawberries.
