Tomato Salsa




Ingredient

  • 2 tomatoes, quartered, and diced into small pieces.
  • 1 green shallot / or ¼ red onion.
  • 2 teaspoons of fresh coriander.
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice ?lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt


Directions

Preparation: 10 min  ›  Cook: nil  ›  ›  Ready in 30 min 
  1. Cut up the tomatoes, shallots and coriander.
  2. Place in one bowl.
  3. Add the lemon juice and salt.
  4. Cover and place in fridge for at least half hour for the flavors to develop. 
You can also add fresh chilli if you like a bit of heat.
