Ingredients 
 - 250g packet fresh crabmeat, drained
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs, plus ½ cup extra
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Directions
1.   
Mix
all ingredients together and season to taste. 
2.   
Roll
heaped tablespoons into 8 balls. 
3.   
Roll
in extra crumbs to coat and flatten slightly. 
4.   
Chill
20 minutes. 
5.   
Heat
extra oil in a large frying pan or barbecue plate on medium. 
6.   
Cook
crab cakes 1-2 minutes each side, until golden and crisp. 
7.   
Transfer
to paper towel to drain.
