Pancakes





Ingredients – Serves 4

  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • pinch salt
  • 1 egg

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until there are no lumps left. Heat a little oil or butter in a pan at medium heat.
  2. Using a ladle, pour spoonfuls of the mixture into the pan and tilt the pan in different directions to create a circle. When there appears to be nearly no runny mixture left on top, use an egg flip to turn the pancake over and cook for a further minute or two. Continue to do so until you have no batter left. Serve these with the topping of your choice.
