Milo Tiramisu




Ingredients
  • ½ cup Milo
  • 250g marscapone
  • ½ cup thickened cream
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 16 sponge finger biscuits
  • 1 cup warm water

Directions
1.    Line a loaf tin with baking paper
2.    Mix the Milo with the warm water and stir to combine.
3.    Using a wooden spoon, beat marscapone, cream, sugar and vanilla extract.
4.    Line biscuits into the base of the pan.
5.    Top with ½ the marscapone mixture then the rest of the Milo.
6.    Repeat the layers.
7.    Top with halved strawberries.
