Ingredients
- 4 medium baking potatoes
- a little vegetable oil
- 1 T butter
- 1 T fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 T milk
- 1 T grated cheddar cheese
- Cherry tomato
- Shallot / chives/raisons/radish r carrot.

- Prick the potatoes with a fork, then bake in the oven for 90 mins or place in the microwave for 15 mins.
- When they are completely cooked, use a knife to cut off the top of the potato.
- Scoop out the flesh of the potato into a separate bowl, then add the parmesan cheese, mustard, 2 T milk and 1 T butter. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Mash the mixture together, then place the mixture back into the potato. Top with the cheddar cheese, and place under the grill until the cheese is bubbling.
- When the potato is cool enough to handle, add the face add-ons.
-cherry tomato half as a nose, by using a
toothpick,
-chives or a shallot as whiskers
-a slice of radish cut in
half as the ears. You can also use carrot slices.
