Ingredients
- 100g butter, melted
- Red and yellow food colouring
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½ cup popcorn kernels
- 1 cup icing sugar
Directions
1.
Divide
the butter between 2 bowls.
2.
Add
a few drops of food colouring to each bowl.
3.
Heat
the oil in a large saucepan over high heat.
4.
Add
the popcorn, cover and cook, shaking the pan for 2-3mins.
5.
Divide
the popcorn and icing sugar between the butter bowls.
6.
Mix
well.
