Salmon Croquettes


                                                                                                                                                              

Ingredients
  • Salmon Filling
  • 1 (200g) tin red salmon, drained
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • Breadcrumb Coating
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 50g breadcrumbs

Directions
Preparation: 15min › Cook: 8min › Ready in: 23min                    

1.    Salmon Filling: Mix all of the ingredients for the salmon filling together.
2.    Breadcrumb Coating: Mix the oil and the breadcrumbs together. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes loose and crumbly again.
3.    Croquettes: Roll 1 tablespoon of salmon filling in the breadcrumbs until it is completely coated then place it in the Airfryer basket. Repeat until all the filling is used up.
4.    Preheat the Airfryer to 200C.
5.    Slide the basket into the Airfryer. Set the timer for 4 minutes and fry the salmon croquettes until the timer rings and they are crispy and brown.
