Apple Galette

                                                                                                                                                                  
Ingredients
  • 1 (25 x 25cm) puff pastry sheet
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbs melted butter
  • 2 tbs caster sugar
  • Honey, to serve
Directions

1.    Preheat the oven on 180°C.
2.    Cut 6 rectangles (or 4 circles) from the puff pastry. Place on a baking tray with baking paper.
3.    Place the apples, overlapping, on top of the pastry. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
4.    Bake for 20-25 minutes until the pastry is crisp and golden. To serve, drizzle with honey, or serve with ice cream, or cream.
