- 3 potatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Garlic powder, to taste
- Paprika, to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat
oven to 230C.

Cut
potatoes into about 8 wedge shaped pieces per potato. Mix together oil, butter,
garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.

Dip
potatoes into the butter mixture then bake in the oven until crispy.
